Hi all- I just want to quickly comment on your postings. I am impressed with your initial postings and responses to each other. You are truly on your way to becoming "college" students. Keep up the good work!!! And be sure to really consider what you all have to say, the goal of blogging is to learn more and to come up with a different understanding of the discussion topics.

What does a good essay about literature look like?

During the past two weeks you have read chapters 1-8 in Writing Essays about Literature by Kelley Griffith. For your next blog entry I want you to list a minimum of 10 important ideas you took from the reading and how you plan to use them. You may select quotes or simple ideas, however, they must come from the readings.

Be sure to read and respond to at least two other students in the class. You might just learn something new...we will discuss these ideas in class.
